Establishment and Development

PetroVietnam Shipbuilding and Mechanical Industry One Member Co., Ltd. (PVSM), formerly Dung Quat Shipbuilding Industry Ltd. Company (DQS) was established on 20/02/2006 as a member of Vietnam Shipbuilding Industry Corporation. Implement the strategic of restructuring Vietnam Shipbuilding Industry Corporation of the Government, on 01/07/2010 DQS was transferred to Vietnam Oil and Gas Group now Vietnam National Energy and Industry Group for management and exploitation.

Since its establishment, PVSM has focused on building a team of highly qualified, experienced and professional managers and workers, through training programs and especially self-training programs for employees. PVSM is always proud to be a trusted partner of many investors and has many national projects. Up to now, PVSM has mastered the technology to build new ships up to 300,000 Dwt and successfully repaired floating vehicles such as drilling rigs, floating oil storage tanks, barges, tugboats... In addition, PVSM constantly strives to improve the management system, improve production and business efficiency, strengthen cooperation and expand the market...
